#10 Additional Information About Uzbekistan E-Visa
Accuracy of Information: Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all provided details are correct.
Payment: The VISA card used for payment does not have to be in the applicant’s name.
Reapplying: Each new application requires a separate visa fee payment.
Valid Passport Requirement: The e-visa is linked to the passport used in the application. If you renew your passport, you must apply for a new e-visa.
Dual Citizenship: When applying, use the passport you intend to enter Uzbekistan with. The e-visa form has a field for "Citizenship of other states"—we recommend ignoring this, as selecting it may cause system errors.
Visa Eligibility: Some nationalities are not eligible for the simplified e-visa process. If an ineligible country is selected, the system will notify the relevant Uzbek embassy or consulate.
Notifications: All updates about the e-visa process (application acceptance, payment confirmation, issuance, or cancellation) will be sent to the applicant’s email. Ensure that the email address entered is correct.
Technical Issues: If you experience problems with the e-visa portal, contact (+998 71) 200-00-88Â or email info@evisa.gov.uz.
